Miami has a serial killer in town – young people are being kidnapped, raped and then killed in the worst way with clues left at each scene to taunt the Police. (The rape scene has been deleted by this site, so it will no longer be included) Just when it can't get any worst, the serial rapist/killer captures Horatio Caine.

In an effort to improve public relations, between the Police and the public, the Miami Mayor agreed to let TV reality show "Eye On Crime" do a ride-along with the crime lab for a couple of days and film them in action much to Horatio's dismay.
