Amazonia:

Deep in the jungles of the Amazon, there is a legendary ancient tribe. They were fierce, fierce warriors, and said to be the gaurdians of a powerful secret...one the could wipe out the entire world.

Angry golden eyes flashed, and a fist slammed down on the table, shaking various artifacts and trinkets. "This is bull! I'm not going after some hoax!" he cried angrily, staring into a pair of nearly-identicalcold amber orbs.

There are no men in this tribe, for it was said to be forbidden by ancient traditions. They were the servants of the Gods...or more particularly, one Goddess.

A slim figure sat perched on a faintconstellation, in the dark of midnight. She waved a hand gently and a large orb appeared glowing in her before her, swirling into life as it shone dimly in the surrounding darkness.

This Goddess was said to have long ago banished a corrupted God, but in return was herself sealed, for there must be balance in the Universe, and thus the object of power was created. In a last attempt to prevent this object from falling into evil hands, the Amazons were thrust into the world as it's protectors.

"You have to InuYasha, you have no choice.", Sesshoumaru replied coldly, leaning back in his chair and surveying his corporate office coldly.

InuYasha crossed his arms, and growled. "And if I don't?"

"Then you shall be forfeit the terms of the inheritance father left for you; if you refuse to go, you don't get a single cent."

And they stand guard...

The dim orb was snuffed out as a figure darker than the black of the night slid in closeto the woman. "Emit fo rettam a ylno si ti..." it hissed.

...Ever watching...

"Fine. When do I leave?"

"You're flight will be in two weeks, on the 28th. 4:00 A.M."

...Ever waiting...

Emerald eyes flashed as the sun set over a dewy jungle, and high up on a mesa, a woman stood, tall and proud, before she scked in a breath of air, and roared out to her domain,

"AMAZONNNNNN!"

THE BEGINNING.
