1. I am very sarcastic. (Or was that sarcasm... ;) )
2. I have a strange sense of humor, and can seem emotionless at times, but only because I have a tendency to hide my feelings.
3. I have been bullied before, for the color of my skin, my personality, my intelligence, and more-but that hasn't stopped me and hopefully it doesn't stop you if you face something similar. Take it from me, it will get better.

I am against bullying and cyber bullying entirely. So please don't leave rude comments on anyone's writing. Constructive criticism is wonderful, as long as it is constructive. Just because you may not like something doesn't mean that the author didn't try their hardest. They may be going through something difficult, and your hate does not help. Remember that.

See that girl you just called fat? She is starving herself. See that girl you just called ugly? She spends hours putting on make up in hope of people liking her. See that boy you just tripped? He is abused enough at home. See that old man with scars all over his body? He fought for our country. See that author who you just said was awful and didn't deserve to write at all? They have been told that by their family enough times.

Just because you may not know the whole story, but on the outside it seems stupid or awful or ugly, doesn't mean it is. Everyone goes through hardships in their lives; let's stand together rather than let the frustration, stress, and fear divide us.

I have been judged by people I consider friends because of the color of my skin. People that I care about said extremely mean and racist comments because my parents are from another country, even though I have lived in America all my life. While racism may not be as big of a problem anymore, it still exists. I hope that no one will ever judge me based on my skin color again, but I know that is unlikely. Let's work together to stop racism. The next time someone makes fun of you because of your race, stand up for yourself; it is NOT okay to let people walk over you because you look different than someone else. In the end, we are all people. Don't forget that.

Whether you may be a girl or a guy, gay, lesbian, straight, or bi, or anything else that some say divides us, remember: differences are what makes us people. Every single individual has their differences, and that is what makes up humanity. If someone doesn't like a characteristic about you, don't hide away and be scared of your differences; find someone else who understands. No one is ever alone, somewhere out there, there is someone who is going through the same thing as you. Go find them.

I may be short, but I will stand tall against others, having no fear. I may not be athletic, but I will not hesitate to challenge you, and I will exercise my limited abilities against you. I may be thought of as a nerd, but that only makes me smart, which is far better than being dumb. You may call me weird, but who isn't to say that maybe being 'weird' is normal. I will face all challenges diving in headfirst, and I will do everything I can to come up successful.

As Tobias once said in Divergent by Veronica Roth: "Fear doesn't shut you down. It wakes you up." I hope that this is true for me, and every one of you. Don't let fear control your life, control your fears and fight despite of them.
