You aren't going to be his first, his last, or his o n l y. He has loved before. He will love again. But if he loves you now, w h a t e l s e m a t t e r s? He's not perfect, and you aren't either. And the two of you will never be perfect. But if he can make you laugh at least once, cause you to think twice, and admits to being human and making mistakes, Hold onto him and give him the most you can. He's not going to quote poetry. He's not going to be thinking of you every moment. But he will give you a part of him that he knows you can break. So don't hurt him. Don't try to change him. Don't expect more from him than he can give you. Smile when he makes you happy. Yell when he makes you mad. And miss him when he's not there. Because it's teenage love. It rarely lasts f o r e v e r.
