I'm CeruleanSprinkles and I'm relatively new to the world of fanfiction. I love to write stories and I'm really excited to begin contributing to the website. I have a lot of ideas for stories, but haven't gotten much of a chance to write them up yet.

My pen name may seem weird, but my favorite color is cerulean and I have this weird obsession with sprinkles. Go figure.

My two biggest obsessions (which I am very prone to getting) at the moment are Big Time Rush and the New York Yankees.

I am probably one of the biggest female Yankee fans you will ever meet. In fact, I'm watching the Yankee game right now as I type this!! I try to watch every single game. Sometimes I can't because I have such a busy schedule with school and homework and sports, but I literally can't go to sleep at night until I know how they did.

Big Time Rush has turned into my life, which is really sad, considering how old I am (not going to say exactly, but let's just say WAY too old to be watching Nickelodeon on a daily basis). They're just too cute and my life would probably be very dull without them. The TV show is funny as hell, and their music is AMAZING!!!

I love Big Time Rush (if you haven't realized by now)!!! When the show first started airing, I saw the commercials and I thought it was going to be a stupid and beyond cheesy ripoff of the Jonas Brothers (which I already hated; didn't need ANOTHER of them). I refused to watch it, until my brother (of all people!) and my best friend recommended it to me. I saw one episode, and the rest is history. I have to say, it was one of the funniest things I had ever seen, and that's saying something because I have seen MANY funny things in my lifetime. I continued watching new and past episodes, and I just fell in love with it and the guys! I mean, come on, it's extremely hard to deny that they are BEYOND SEXY.

I love reading and writing Big Time Rush slash, and as any pairing will do for me, my favorites are Kogan and Jarlos. Almost every one of my stories will contain slash of some variety and most of them will be Kogan and Jarlos. Don't get me wrong, I love Kames, Cargan, Jagan, Kenlos, Kett, Jettgan, Dakett and all of the other Big Time Rush slash pairings out there, but for me, Kogan and Jarlos just click the most. I feel like Kendall and Logan complement each other, but also have aspects of their personalities that are similar and their friendship both on and off the show is just adorable. And it's pretty hard to deny that on the show James and Carlos are soulmates.

Hands down, my favorite Big Time Rush guy is LOGAN! He's just so perfect! His body, his face, his hair, his personality, his voice, his smile...pretty much everything about him is soooo perfect! When I met him, he was just so sweet and it didn't take long at all for him to make me laugh. He usually takes the blunt of most of my abuse in my stories. Logan will always be number one on my list, but whoever comes after him is subject to change. Carlos is just sooo adorable and he has such a great personality both on the show and in real life. His cuteness in Big Time Single reduced me to a puddle on the floor (I'm a sucker for adorable guys crying). I love Kendall Schmidt so much! He's just so funny on the show and in interviews that I'll literally be laughing for like twenty minutes straight about something random that he said. I love his hair and his eyes are just so beautiful. He was kind of on the shy side when I met him, but it was really cute. I loved his character on the show until he started dating Jo. He kind of became a Mary Sue (which I HATE) and didn't have any flaws. He got really bossy and wasn't a good leader at all. He spent all of his time with Jo instead of his friends (isn't that what the series was supposed to be about in the first place?). However, after Jo left, Kendall Knight got SO much funnier and more appealing. And then there's James...When I first started watching the show, I hated James. I thought he was really ugly (I hate long hair on guys) and his character was just plain annoying. But then in Season 2, he got his hair cut and it looks SO much better now and I really loved his role on Big Time Girlfriends (the only one WITHOUT a girlfriend). Then I met him... He was so unbelievably sweet! He was so nice and engaging and he was so easy to talk to. Needless to say, he's grown on me A LOT since then.

MY FAVORITE BTR SLASH PAIRINGS:

1) KOGAN and JARLOS: I am completely obsessed with Kogan and Jarlos fics. Kendall and Logan and James and Carlos have such similar personalities on the show, that it works. Kendall and Logan are more serious and actually have somewhat of a brain. James and Carlos are like five years olds in teenagers' bodies, so they actually have chemistry.

2) KAMES and CARGAN: Logan and Carlos's and James and Kendall's characters are so different on the show that it also works. Logan is smart and serious and cautious, always thinking things through before he does them, whereas Carlos isn't really the smartest person, but he's a free spirit. James is more "all about me", where Kendall is "all about WE", as a group. They're such polar opposites that they balance each other out perfectly.

3) KENLOS and JAGAN: It's so funny how Scott Fellows put Jagan in like every Season 2 episode. And Kendall and Carlos's little dance together when they perform If I Ruled the World live is so adorable! Both pairings are really cute, but I feel like they're a little random in terms of their characters' personalities. But I'll read just about anything! All slash is good!

4) KETT: These two NEED to become friends. Their "rivalry" is hilarious and all interactions they have on the show are so funny! I can totally see the actual reason that they hate each other being that they have a secret love for each other.

THINGS I LOVE IN BTR FANFICS (and stuff you probably will see from me):

1) SLASH!! Preferably of the Kogan or Jarlos variety, but I'll read or write anything! Kames/Cargan, Kenlos/Jagan and Kett are cool, too. Jomille isn't ideal, but I'll take it if I'm desperate for new slash material. So, in conclusion, if you hate slash, don't even bother wasting your time with my fics.

2) Jett Stetson!! This guy is freakin' hilarious!! I don't think he gets enough love at all. I LOVE fics where he's portrayed as not that bad of a guy, 'cause that's what I think of him to be.

3) Sickfics! Can't get enough of those! My favorite fics to write, too! Just to prepare you, I may go overboard on the sickfics. You'll probably get tired of them after a while.

4) Fluff! Come on, what's better than two adorable guys cuddling?? NOTHING!

5) Jo and Camille-bashing! YES!! Not to be mean, or to offend anyone who likes them, but they just really annoy me on the show. Now that Camille's not with Logan anymore, she's a little more tolerable, but Jo is just...blah. Ever since Jo stepped into the picture, Kendall never spent time with his actual friends. Plus, she was SUCH a hypocrite. Sure, it's perfectly okay for her to be jealous when Kendall is in the same room as Jordin Sparks, but Kendall's not allowed to get jealous when she's MAKING OUT with Jett Stetson?! Now that they're broken up, the episodes have gotten better (in my opinion) because it focuses mainly on the boys' FRIENDSHIP (which was the whole point of the series from the beginning) and not their girlfriends. And Camille is just a horrible person. I mean, come on! She was obsessed with Logan from Day 1 and then once they're finally together, she goes and cheats on him with his best friend. That's just wrong on so many levels.

THINGS I DON'T REALLY LOVE IN BTR FANFICS (and stuff you probably will NEVER see from me):

1) Hetero fics. Jendall, Lamille, Carphanie... just no. The only hetero couple I actually didn't mind on the show was Logan/Peggy (they were actually really cute), but Camille went and ruined that, so... I will, however, write Jott (Jo/Jett) because I think they actually could be a good couple, if Jo wasn't so annoying...and in New Zealand. Again, referencing my point that Jett Stetson does not get enough love. Kucy is also amazing and I wish they had explored it more on the show before Jo ruined it...

2) Mary Sue Love Interest OCs. Now, random OCs like bullies, friends back in Minnesota, teachers, their future children, random kids, etc. are completely fine. I even have a bunch of my own of those. It's fine to use them where a canon character on the show just won't work, or all regular characters have been used already. But what I cannot stand is the classic, all too common, story of four perfect-in-every-way Mary-Sue OCs that move to the Palm Woods (usually as a girl group also signed to Rocque Records), befriend the guys, and all four of them get together with and fall in love with each one of the guys, and they all live happily ever after... never read one all the way through and I never intend on writing one.

3) Smut/Sex Scenes. Read them sometimes, but I don't write them. I WILL read fics that CONTAIN them, but most of the time I'll just skip over them. I will write fics mentioning sex, but I won't actually write in the scene. Yeah...I know I'm prude.

4) Fantasy Stories. This isn't really something I can't stand, but it's just not my thing. I'm into more realistic fiction.

5) Poor Spelling & Grammar. Yeah...this is just a huge turn-off to a story, so PLEASE PROOFREAD AND SPELLCHECK! It really doesn't take that long and makes a huge difference! One of my biggest pet peeves is when people spell the word "lose" like "loose" or say "would of" instead of "would've" or "would have".

MY UPCOMING STORIES (That You May or May Not See Based on How My First One Goes):

1) My Somebody: (Multi-Chapter) Kendall and Logan and James and Carlos are getting married. The night before their weddings, they reflect on all the events that led up to where they are today. Pairings: KOGAN & JARLOS

For lack of a better word, this story is an epic. It's really, really long and STILL in progress. It basically documents their lives together starting Freshman year of high school, where Kogan and Jarlos get together, continuing to sophomore year and their adventure as Big Time Rush. Once they move to L.A. to become a band, each chapter will represent an episode. Each of those chapters will be exactly like watching those episodes of Big Time Rush, but with Kogan and Jarlos goggles on! The story finally ends the night before their marriages with a full-circle reflection on their lives thus far. This story is my baby and I love writing it so much. The second I finish it, it will be up for all of you Kogan and Jarlos fans to read!! :)

Based on how My Somebody goes, I have these ideas rolling around in my brain, begging to be written:

2) Big Time Survivor: (Multi-Chapter) For 39 days, 20 characters from Big Time Rush, Victorious and iCarly face off in a game of Celebrity Survivor. Who will win the million dollar prize and the prestigious title of "Sole Survivor"?

3) The Way I Loved You: (One-Shot) A Taylor Swift Song-fic. Carlos is the epitome of a perfect boyfriend, but Logan misses Kendall and their crazy relationship. Pairings: CarlosxLogan, KendallxLogan

4) Teardrops on My Guitar: (One-Shot) A Taylor Swift Song-fic. Logan is in love with Kendall, but Kendall is blinded by his love for Jo. What will it take to make him see that Logan is the one for him? Pairings: KendallxJo, KendallxLogan

5) Too Good To Be True: Nothing can split up Kendall, James, Carlos and Logan...or can it? Kendall and Logan & James and Carlos have unresolved feelings toward one another and are about to tell each other how they feel, when four new girls come to the Palm Woods. These girls seem to be perfect for the guys in every way, but they begin to cause problems in the band from the inside, impeding their success and eventually leading to the breakup of the band. Who is behind this and what will it take for the guys to get back together? Pairings: KendallxLogan, JamesxCarlos and minimal KendallxOC, JamesxOC, CarlosxOC, LoganxOC

MY OCs:

Okay, I realized that I have a LOT of OCs in my stories, especially My Somebody because a lot of it takes place at their old high school in Minnesota and I had to come up with students from there. I just wanted to keep a master list of all of my original characters organized by story so it's easy to keep track of them. NONE of these OCs are love interests (I can't stand those), but some are friends and some are enemies of the guys. Some will appear often and some will appear only once. All of these OCs were based off of real people I know to try to make them not Mary-Sues. If an OC seems too Mary-Sue, just let me know and I'll do my best to fix it. Every time an OC makes a debut in one of my stories, I will add him or her to this list and keep adding to the description as the story progresses.
