Alessa/Heather/Cheryl from Silent Hill - to be honest, any character from SH is awesome, I just really like Alessa..

Re-L Mayer from Ergo Proxy - she looks like Amy Lee lol.

Revy from Black Lagoon- yet another cool badass, who (in my opinion) is quite funny...
