I'm 18 and live in California just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco.

I read like crazy, but nothing ever quite struck me as Stephanie Meyer's Twilight Saga. Eventually I started reading fanfiction here and was inspired to write my own. People who know me always said they'd be surprised if I didn't write a book one day, so I guess this is good practice.

I've never written a real story before, so take it easy on me.
