Captain Pike centered story with missing scenes and tags from Season Two Episode "New Eden" to "Such Sweet Sorrow". Taking command over an entirely different crew does have it's ups and downs. Plenty of angst, hurt/comfort and awkward moments to come.

Starfleet Command has become interested in the Insonti technology which transformed their most prominent starship captain into an infant some weeks ago. The Enterprise has been assigned to perform research, hopefully producing an allegiance with the Insonti people. And after all, observing the effects on a non-human species is the next logical step...

The Enterprise are horribly outnumbered by space pirates and are taken captive to be sold to the enemy. McCoy, despite being seriously injured, is the only one who can save them. Can our favourite grumpy pacifist take on an entire pirate crew and live to tell the tale? This is an action story, heavy on the Bones whump, with a healthy dash of Bones/Kirk/Spock bromance, no slash.

John and Dorian respond to an 'urgent assistance' request from injured officers. To get to them our heroes must storm a block that has been taken over by thugs and criminals, bringing back bad memories for John who's been there before. Action and whump of the John variety. Some bad language.

In the aftermath of Simon Says, Dorian goes to see John and catches him in a moment of vulnerability. This is just a quick one shot full of feels and just a bit of unrequited love. Not quite slash but almost.

When the Battle of Yorktown reopens old wounds in addition to creating new ones, it takes a little more than just rest and solitude to begin the healing process for the Enterprise's captain.

A story about the intersection of friendship and intimacy. Starfleet posts an admiral to the ship and Kirk quickly reaches the end of his rope with the man's interference. A distress call, additional passengers including Spock's father, a major misunderstanding, and it will take all of Kirk's charm and conniving to get his life back to normal. COMPLETE.

A year after the events of Equilibrium, Joanna McCoy discovers something familiar among the tolik trees of Vulcan.

Kirk & Spock early friendship story. The five year mission has just begun and already Kirk has to replace his first officer. Trading his gregarious old friend Gary Mitchell for the aloof and enigmatic Mr. Spock will take some getting used to. Fortunately for Kirk, the dangers of space provide good opportunities to get to know your shipmates. COMPLETE

In one of my stories, Jim goes off on his own after Tarsus IV, and ends up on an independent (insert pirate) freighter. He also fixes a generator and gets a share in the Dilithium Mining/Prison Planet of Rura Penthe. This is that story.

As a licensed doctor, Starfleet Cadet Leonard McCoy was chosen to be part of an inoculation project. Six years later, McCoy is the Enterprise CMO. During a routine medical assistance mission, he is arrested for mass-murder over an incident that occurred in the aftermath of the project he had participated in. (TAS episode Albatross rewritten to bring into the reboot universe).

Kirk has been awake for ninety-six hours. He's pushed past his limits and is about to collapse from exhaustion. They saved Earth, they destroyed the Narada. Now they just have to make it home. A friendship fic.

In the midst of a conflict with his mother, Jim is de-aged by a transporter malfunction. Poor Bones has his work cut out for him, trying to figure out what the problem is, while Jim is driving his crew nuts as an adult and as a child,

... and one time he reminded McCoy of those things about himself.

The Enterprise is called out to an emergency in a remote system. Kirk has his suspicions, but could the stakes be higher than anyone suspects? When thorough planning is useless, there's nothing left but quick wits to save the day.

A quick inhalation of a spore on a planet sets off a mild allergic reaction in Kirk. It is McCoy's medication that collapses his lungs and leads to a deadly reaction. Bones' tone was gentle. "You're not fine. Think I don't know how much you're hurting right now? And in case you missed it, that's blood you're coughing up."

Kirk catches a non-deadly virus, but is allergic to the cure (naturally). He has to tough it out in sickbay, but the fever is bad, and the symptoms are worse. His crew tries to make him as comfortable as possible.

"Jim, you okay?" Bones whispered. Startled, Jim snapped his head around to look at his friend. His face as white as the poles of Andoria, his chest pulling in rapid breaths, forehead glistened with sweat. Below on them on stage Hamlet was in full swing, actors giving it there all. His eyes unfocused with raw, unbridled fear stared at the doctor. "Jim?"

Winona Kirk, on vacation in NYC with her grandson, Peter, stumbles across a wounded man in Central Park. He tells her there are traitors within Star Fleet. Kirk, Spock, Sarek, and McCoy will do what ever it takes to save Star Fleet from the Romulans and the traitors from within Fleet. Rated K for violence, bloodshed (not gory) and some language.

Spock, Lady Amanda, and Captain Kirk's young nephew, Peter Kirk, are taken as political hostages by Orion warriors. Jim, Sarek, Uhura, Scotty, Sulu and Pavel must do everything in their power to rescue them. Complete!

65 hours Since Narada's destruction. The crew are exhausted, Leonard can't help feeling guilty for not supporting his friend during the attack. But in his effort to try and support him he does the opposite. Can he turn it round and offer the comfort that Jim really needs?

The crew has a three-week shore leave, and between admirals, the flu, and well meaning friends, it turns out to be a disaster for Jim. Can it be salvaged?
