Robin and his son, Roland, are shivering from the cold when their apartment's fire alarm went off and they were left to go outside and wait for the all-clear from the firemen. Regina saves the day with a warm blanket and smiles.

Our story begins one week after the end of season three. While awaiting the final word on whether or not Emma and Henry will be remaining in Storybrooke or returning to New York, Regina, Robin, and the Charmings band together to solve a mystery threatening the very fabric of the town itself. He's not guilty of the crime he's accused of, she feels that right down to her bones, being in the game as long as she has, she can spot those truly culpable from a mile away, and while this man may be many things, a killer he is not.' Robin surprises Regina with a gift, but neglects to tell her that this specific gift vibrates. While out on a group date with the Charmings, Emma, and Hook, she realizes very quickly that she is in trouble if she doesn't get her panties off.

Regina is to wed the Lord of Sherwood Forest; Robin of Locksley. Terrified of the entrapments of a loveless marriage, she finds that the same marriage might just be able to bring her the freedom she has always desired.

Her second chance was shattered into pieces, her new love reunited with his wife. He belonged to her and she would not stand in the way. But they couldn't just switch off what they were feeling for each other. M-rated in later chapters.

Actions have consequences. Regina knows this better than anyone, but how come it's always her that cleans up the mess?
