Hello, I'm Gary.

Yes, it's my real name, and not some ficticious alias that some writers like to hide behind. Not that I've anything against that, it's just not my thing. Anyway, what can I tell you about me? Well, I'm a London boy, born and bred, and without giving my age way, I was around when Doctor Who first began in 1963. I've always been a fan of the series, and though Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker were part of my formative years, my favourite Doctor is Patrick Troughton - and still is, even after Eccleston and Tennant made their mark.

I was brought up on the many Gerry Anderson series, and all the ITC series such as The Avengers, The Saint and The Prisoner. As for music, it was the Beatles for me, and I've always loved Motown and the Electric Light Orchestra.
