![]() Author has written 2 stories for Soul Eater, and One Piece. Hey! Thanks for visiting me, first off! Manga is guilty pleasure of mine, and I finally succumbed to making a fanfiction account...again. Current thoughts: Ever have that word you *know* how to pronounce, but you read it differently? I remember for the longest time reading 'unknown' as 'you-ki-known' and I *still* read yolk with the 'L' pronounced. My sister said she pronounces 'tongue' as 'ton-goo' when she reads. Good to know I'm not alone. Some things about me: Hobbies: Drawing, writing, reading (both comics/manga and novels) cooking & baking Goals: I hope one day I become a full-fledged novelist later on in my life when I actually have life experiences to draw from XD too young to really understand anything in the grand scheme of things... My other goal is to eventually draw enough -good- drawings to deem myself worthy of a DA account. Another odd goal of mine some may not agree with-I see the ultimate mastery of character creation as this- an author can pair an OC and a canon character WITHOUT the character being a Mary sue OR the canon character being ooc. Therefore, I attempt to write OCxCanon every once in a while and am open to constructive criticism. My characters are not me, they're like my own little sea-monkeys to me. I won't take offense :) Favorite food: Hagelslag. If you don't know what it is, it's the best thing EVER. Kinda like chocolate sprinkles on bread. GOD BLESS the dutch people for making it. Seriously. I'm a pescetarian, so basically anything that doesn't taste like cardboard makes me happy. lol (if you don't know what that is, it's a vegetarian that still eats seafood, since it's not technically meat) Favorite Music: I like everything, even country to an extent. (esp. the more boys i meet the more I love my dog XD) I'm really into waiting for the word to fall by Jars of Clay, Tobymac's new CD Tonight, and even music in Spanish. Me gusta la musica de Espana! Favorite Movie: I've seen so many movies its crazy. A couple of my favorites are The Count of Monte Cristo, Constantine, and Rush Hour (1 & 2) Favorite TV show: This season is Leverage, Royal Pains, America's (MTV's?) Parkour Challenge. I also love Supernatural, Bones, Psych, and Monk Favorite Books: Les Miserables, The Life of Pi, and the only two books written in first person I've EVER liked-The Seventh Circle of the Cheese Monkeys and it's sequel, The Learners. I've tried fanfiction before and kind of got rid of my account because A) my computer crashed and died, and B) I am terrible with commitment when it comes to remembering to post and keeping the flame of inspiration for my stories. Because of this, I will probably only write longer stories during my summer and oneshots more commonly throughout the year. I like to write about: Soul Eater a lot because I feel like some of the semi-major, semi-minor characters are neglected One Piece because I love pirates Kingdom Hearts because simply, Kingdom Hearts is fun. I may write a Sonic fanfic later on, too, because Sonic is awesome. I'm also planning a Mario bros fanfic for my sis, but that I'm really procrastinating on. I am not necessarily into Naruto, I jump in and out of reading it and am more apathetic towards it, but the characters are amazingly fun to write about, so I'll write about Naruto too. What I've got in the works: Currently I'm working on a chapter series (aka, not a oneshot) Of a Naruto/Soul Eater crossover. There will be two versions of it posted (heh, eventually...I'm kinda lazy), one with the original idea of an OC (and possibly OCxCanon, but worry not, I'm paranoid of Mary Sues and I'm not for sure yet) and the other without the OC because I really like my plot and want to please both people who don't care about OCs, and people who really don't like them and would rather just read the story with all canon characters. -- I'm also probably going to do another oneshot for SE, and I'm totally open to suggestions/ requests, but I can't guarantee anything Additional Info: I am not a yaoi/yuri supporter. To each his own, though, and while I don't like it, I respect the opinions of others so long as they respect mine. That goes for constructive criticism too. If you flame me, don't expect me to respect and/or like you. I won't fight back (unless you're completely, and I mean completely off base) because I feel like I'm a bit more mature than to start an argument with a person over the internet. I do have a life outside of this computer (most of the time...okay, sometimes) and can't spend all of my time writing. Just remember that, please. Twice I've tried something like this and twice people were convinced I lived to write and HAD to update everyday of my little life, which I try to update often but seriously, give an author a break once in a while! |
