Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter. OK, yeah, I'm working on something. And I completely lied about posting it three chapters at a time. That is just so much to type! Especially considering my rather taxing job at Subway, that nagging thing called homeschool that let's me work at my own pace, and this extra workload of loading the dishwasher, putting soap in, and starting it. There's also this irresistable calling I have to pull out my Zanpakutou sword and go traipsing about with Kurosaki Ichigo and kick some Hollow ass, but I try to quell it. I'm telling you, life is way too hard. (Please note the sarcasm) And, alas, the endless hunt for a beta starts. People, if you like correcting typos and errors, and enjoy bitching about plotholes, loopy characters, or anything of the sort, please contact me. I will accept pretty much any offer, as long as you can name some basic grammer componets, and you at least have a passing interest in Harry Potter and it's extensive world of fandom. Any takers? (I'm nearly begging!) Oddly, my favorite character from the Harry Potter series is Bellatrix Lestrange. I don't know exactly why, to be honest. I love her sadism, everything, even her name. Which brings me to the rambling. There are hardly any decent Bellatrix stories out there, excluding oneshots. I've read some of the most wonderful oneshots that capture her mind perfectly. And others just . . . don't. I'm not professing to be some Bellatrix expert or anything, but the lack of decent stories apalls me. So, if you have a good Bellatrix fic, even if it is a good oneshot, TELL ME! Trust me, I'll read it. But, one exception. If it is a HarryBellatrix, or any other thing besides a BellatrixRodolphus, don't bother. To be quite frank, I don't think she'll get with Snape in some lusty, and NASTY, smut scene, I don't think she'll be incestuous with Sirius, and she will NEVER be with Harry. So, just stick to that. I know I'm picky, but if you have it, TELL ME! Can you tell I'm obsessed with Bellatrix Lestrange yet? Which brings me to my next ramble. HarryHermione shippers. I mean, honestly, it isn't going to happen. The sixth book proves it, so some people need to give it up. Although there are some excellent HarryHermione AU romances out there. Props go to the authors. And I will admit, I was nearly, nearly a HarryHermione shipper until I read the sixth book. Needless to say, I was disappointed, but JK is the actual author, so what she says goes.Sadly, I might add. Another something I want to bring to light: MarySues. Yes, the inevitable, dreaded MarySue. For those who don't know, it's that mystery character out there that was just waiting to enter the world of Harry Potter, usually as a female, and sweep him right off his feet, show him some amazing Dark powers that have lain dormant inside him this entire time, including five facedowns with Voldemort and his minions, and the such. There's also that issue where canon is completely hacked and chopped, and the Prophecy no longer exists, because said MarySue ends up killing Voldemort with the most powerful spell in the world, even more powerful than Avada Kedavra. The Killing Curse. THE KILLING CURSE, I might emphasize. Yep, that about sums the MarySues up. And, to be quite honest, I have searched this site, and I mean scoured it, for a decent, or even acceptable/believable MarySue fiction, and I have found none. Not to say they aren't out there or anything... But, I have my doubts. Then again, I suppose it is entirely up to the author. It is fanfiction, is it not? To hell with Hurricane Wilma! Gyah! Being down here in West Palm, Florida, we had to wait two weeks, that's right, TWO WEEKS, for power. Damn FPL to hell! And damn Hurricane Wilma! Although I feel for Hurricane Katrina victims, that empathy does not stop me from feeling bad for myself. Do you know how horrible COLD showers are? It stings. . . And the godamn lights! It is hard to drive with NO street lights, especially since I'm a bit away from getting my actual license! And NOBODY knows how the fuck to do a FOUR-WAY stop. One turn at a time, mother effers! Grrr. . . And now. . .I'm done bitching about the hurricane. I think I've become rather obsessed with anime. I know, it's a way-off thing from the world of Harry Potter, but I really like it. Especially the men with pretty silver hair. So, my new fascination, besides Micheal Ealy, is InuYasha. I mean, I'm really obsessed. That's mostly what I've been doing with my time this past month or so, and I have come to this conclusion: InuYasha fanfic authors are God. I devote deification to the following: Resmiranda, Sueric, Crystal Echoes, Quirkyslayer, and a bunch of other people have exceptional stories that I really must insist you read, if you've ever heard of the whole InuYasha thing. If not, then get interested. It's amazing. Bleach, well, at least the manga, is also really good. And Ichigo is smex-ay. So THERE! And I would bang Ichigo in a flash, after disrobing him from his smex-ay Shinigami outfit thinger. Double SMEX-ay, And my last rant of the day. GO COWBOYS! Yeah, Dallas fan till the end! Currently at the standing of 7-4, because they lost to Denver. The Broncos? Come on, Bledsoe, what was that? Anyways, if you're a football fan, you know what I'm talking about! I'm a rabid football junkie, as sad as it is. So, the Cowboys lost, and hopefully the Giants will lose this Sunday to the Seahawks to even the score. You never know, right? COWBOYS. WILL. GO. TO. THE. SUPERBOWL. Booyah, baby. (GO COWBOYS!) Skippity-hop-bouncy-sniff-CRACK-boing-lalalalala-skippity-hop-sniff-sneeze-CRACK-sniff-hoppity-hop . . . And on runs the plot bunny . . . (O.o) |
