Nyota and Kion have been best friends since early cubhood. After an encounter with the hyenas, they learn about the Lion Guard and Kion's role in leading it. Now, Kion must find the bravest, wisest, strongest, fastest, and keenest of sight in all the Pride Lands to form the new Guard. These six will be the protectors of the Pride Lands and defenders of the Circle of Life.
