Hello all, this is my second account on fanfiction mostly because my old one I have outgrown. I will of course still use it for finding the many stories I like to read, but this is the account I intend to post my stories on. I actually have several stories in the works, that I've never really had the inclination to publish. This is mostly because I know myself very well, and am easily distracted by different plot bunnies. I'll begin one story, but then lose interest only to begin two others. It's bad I know, and if I'd published them I would've felt bad because there's the potential of never coming back to that story and leaving readers who liked it hanging. I absolutely hate when authors do that especially when I'm really attached to a story, so I've tried to avoid being a hypocrite. Now however I'm going to try. I'm hoping that having a following of readers will actually make me more motivated to write and publish instead of hopping like a madwoman from one plot bunny to the next. So basic information about me. I'm a college student for now, getting my undergraduate degree with a double major in biology and studio art. This means that even though I'll do my best updates may sometimes be scarce due to having to study for those all important things like midterms and finals. I have two puppies, they're my babies, Shep and Lilly, both long haired chihuahuas. I also have three younger siblings two brothers one sister. I'm both an avid reader and writer, my favorite fandoms are Harry Potter and Naruto, though I may eventually dip into other things like One Piece, Twilight, or others though i kind of doubt it'll actually happen as I tend to stick with those first two. I will not write crossovers. I don't like them, period, the end. Mostly because with a crossover you cater to a very select group of people, one who generally has to know both things you're crossing over very well and the more fandoms you incorporate into your crossover the narrower, more complicated, and narrower fan base you'll get. |
