![]() Author has written 4 stories for Harry Potter. Random Facts About Me: I can pick things up with my toes I can purr...like actually purr...like a cat =) (dork!) I have a scar on my eyebrow from a flying plastic pop bottle (fuckin' hurt too!) I have absolutely NO clue who i am I'm in love with a man on the other side of the world (best stupidest idea i've ever had) I believe that we've all been brainwashed by some higher power to think that we actually hold some kind of power in this world so we can be laughed at when it all comes crumbling down I have a hardcore crush on Remus and Sirius . omg they're just so cute!! I believe i will die at the age of twenty by eating too much chocolate at one time and choking to death...but hey, at least i'll die happy! mmmmm chocholate... I don't believe i'm either bi or straight, i'm just open minded...who said we had to have labels?? Colors burst, they sparkle Reds, oranges, blues and greens The rainbow cracks and shatters Showers us with delicious pigment They flow and swirl down, down, down Downwards past the ground and into darkness The colors melt and ooze together From that heat down below They mingle into one big mess One big ugly brown mess To match the darkness so deep within There are no more sparkles No more dancing color The shades have corrupted them But the surface cracks And white light begins to pour in It breaks the mingled colors Makes them shine again And they dance once more Akin to a beautiful aurora borealis In the mysterious starry night sky But even midnight’s beauty must fade And the colors burn away Deep, bold red covers the land It sears through everything And with it comes the scorching heat Not the pleasant warmth That you receive from the fireplace On a cold winters day It slices and stabs There is no getting away Taking greedily and never giving It burns so fiercely That when it’s over Relief is barely even felt The colors are now dull, pale And their dance has been reduced To a simple, gentle sway No more sparkles, not even a shimmer Just being, just there, just barely breathing Barely even alive But every now and then When the silver tears fall from the sky And the light breaks through for only a moment The color shines again Long enough to catch your eye But never stays, never lingers No longer, no more. As she made to leave the room, she looked behind her and to her reflection she said, "I will be strong." Fight for your rights, to be who you wanna be Fight for love, so you can go through every single day with a smile Fight for freedom, so you can share your opinion without fear Fight for the chance for your voice to be heard, to be able to say what a million drowned voices could never say Fight for tolerance, so you and many others like you can hold your head high Fight for yourself, because at the end of the day, when you've lost everything else... What do you have left? But yourself, and your will to fight for what's right... (Poems by yours truly = ) |
