I'm a 26 year old student with commitment issues when it concerns sticking with a college major. I've dabbled in several different fields, and have yet to decide. As things are going I'll probably be a student until I'm thirty. So far I have tried Fine Art, Textiles and Merchandising, Archaeology, Nursing, Forensics, Computer Science, English and now I'm back to Nursing (which since this is the second time around I hope this one I'll stick with). When I'm not writing or studying I am generally researching and sewing historical clothing or at work for Time Warner Cable (sometimes I refer to myself as their minion). I'm especially good at what I do because I can read minds. But I have to be careful, because if I try too hard all I hear is a messy splat on the other end of the line... oh, and I have a warped sense of humor FYI.

Also a big Star Wars fan, that is what got me into writing fanfiction in the first place. You will see me at conventions, usually in the costume contest or presenting pineapples to unsuspecting celebrities (this year I think I'm going to try extreme ironing, celebrity edition). I find it fun to try and get stories out of celebrities that involve crazy things they did in college or anything that involved time in a jail cell. Joe Flanigan had a pretty good one about him in his boxer shorts and setting off fireworks. Hehe...

I tend to write Supernatural and Stargate Atlantis fanfiction, however I have had some pressure put on me to write an NCIS fic that I had an idea for. If I ever actually finish ANYTHING it'll be posted here. I'm also currently developing an original idea, but with my completion rate we'll see what happens.

I hope you all have enjoyed my writing. Much of what I write is based on personal experiences or conversations I have with my brother (who, by his own admission, is a young version of Rodney McKay, except for the fact he wants to study voodoo and become and MD). Of course I am always seeking ways to improve my work, so any constructive criticism is welcomed. Compliments are always appreciated.

On a final note, the story Lt Colonel John Doe hasn't been finished. And I feel really bad about that. I mean it's been four years since I've started working on that thing and it was almost done and then the plot just imploded in my mind. I'm trying to figure out how I'll get it to end, and I actually have another chapter written that I haven't yet posted. But I want to make sure it will work for any ending I come up with, which is why it hasn't been posted. My sincerest apologies to those that have read my story and was left without any resolution. I personally hate it when that happens and am not thrilled my readers have to go through that as well. In short, I have not forgotten about this story! It WILL be finished, but I do not know when.
