Just another procrastinating, un-updating author on this site...I happen to be particularly into Naruto at the moment - the loads and loads of characters and their wangst make me happy, not in that way though. Four years ago, I used to get totally squicked out when fanfics deviated into more questionable territory, and now I'm a bit of a yaoi fangirl - SasuNaru wants to be my OTP, but a well-written fic isn't judged for its pairing, not consciously anyway. Something that hasn't changed though is my liking for canon-verse. Unless it's really well-written, as implied above kinda, with plentiful plot and the like, I generally dislike AUs that take place in, well, maybe not an alternate universe, but a totally different universe. I want to read stories about the actual story...

I enjoy dressing up to go to the theater, or just about anywhere really, but I've found that standing in the parking lot of a hardware store in one's pyjamas - it was an accident, I swear - having been assigned the task of keeping the trolley from running away, is quite liberating too. I have yet to find a set stereotype to conform to...it's getting a bit tiring to wade around in a sea of subcultures and cliques and not really fitting in anywhere, but then I guess we all feel that way somehow and I guess it's kinda good that we do too...
