Hello! My name--well, pen name--is Talon. I'll probably either refer to myself as that or as J, whichever I feel like I guess. Writing is something I've always been interested in and have recently been involved in writing a book with one of my good friends. She believes, though, that I need more practice with third person writing, because I typically write in first person but we are writing the book in third. The story I'm posting now, as a result, is third person, so please, if there is any way to help me with tricks or tips to 3rd person writing, they would be much appreciated.

I am currently a professor on a text-based role-play website called RMImagic.com. Please feel free to join the site, as we are always welcoming new students! It is a very cool site to be a part of, as it has to do with wizards and witches based on Harry Potter, though not including the actual characters from the books/movies.

Disclaimer: The main character in HOH is based on my friend's character from RMImagic.com, so if you know her please don't go tattling on me, she knows I'm writing this and actually edits it for me as I go. (She's not the one I'm writing the book with, though I'd like to write one with her someday if she'd admit how great her writing is.)

Other Disclaimer: She is helping me write this book as well as edit it (we each go on and just add stuff wherever when we're bored, so I guess we are kind of co-writing it, though she doesn't have as much free time as I do so I write more than she does), so I wanted to give her credit for her work.
