Kelda, the princess of the Sky Folk, is a battle-mage who was raised in Erebor and was betrothed to the dwarf prince Thorin. One hundred and seventy years after losing almost everything to Smaug, Kelda joins the Company of Thorin Oakenshield in order to take back Erebor and return to her home.
