It has come to my attention that my personal bio is hideously, horribly short. Well. I have to fix that, don't I?

I love writing. I adore writing. I couldn't stop if you duct-taped my hands to a table and took my computer away. I'd just start telling the stories by word of mouth... I do that anyway, and no one's threatened me with duct tape.

At present I am solely a Harry Potter fanfiction writer, though that may change as I gain more to be geeky about, though I will likely always write HP.

My inspirations come from everything I read. Namely, all sorts of fantasy (in particular JK Rowling, David Eddings, Robert Jordan, JRR Tolkien, and Neil Gaiman, who if I have to fit somewhere I will fit here), humor (first and always PG Wodehouse, followed closely by Terry Pratchett), various mysteries, and more comic books than you can shake a very large stick at.

Since I'm killing space here, I'll jot down a few of my favorite comics, in the hope that someone who reads this will eventually be inspired to go out and sample the graphic literature genre. :-) My comic loves are, in no particular order: Girl Genius, Cardcaptor Sakura, Saint Tail, Thieves & Kings, Mystic, Scion, Sigil, Meridian, Robin, Young Justice, Impulse, Ninja High School... and I will continue this list later, as I recall more of my faves. Can you tell I love comic books?

Oh, and the pic, in case you were wondering, is the one and only pic I have ever drawn that was both nice-looking and not a stick figure. He is the chibi Snape, and isn't he cute?
