I'm working on a new story, Uzumaki Hari and the Squib of Hogwarts.

The premise of this story is simple: Hari was raised by Ninjas, as a Ninja, and then he goes to Hogwarts. Okay that sounded really stupid, which is why I have a very nice poetic sounding story summary. But I maintain that there is a ton of interesting things to observe in the massive cultural clash that this event will cause.

It also gives me a chance to follow a couple of rules I've laid out for myself:

1) Never bash anyone. Just because I don't like a character, I shouldn't engineer events to take it out on them. Let the characters stand by themselves, and see who falls on the side of the angels and demons.

2) Never insert my voice over a characters. I see so many times an author respond to his audience through one of his characters. I want to have characters who are defined to the point that my voice never really inserts itself.

Beyond those two rules, I mostly just want to write an interesting story, taking a different look at the very well tread Hogwarts framework. I hope you enjoy

I've also got a one-shot Code Lyoko story in the wings. It was almost done, but after rewatching the origins episode, it's going to need some structural work now due to me forgetting some of the time lines (stupid Odd why did you have to show up at school AFTER Aelita was discovered)

If you're a fan of my old work, unfortunately it's mostly abandoned now, Epilogue being the only thing with a chance of being revived. Even then it is more likely to come back as a novelization of a Teen Titans RPG I ran for some friends online.

My open internet policy of letting anyone IM me (AIM: kodra22) or email me (kodra22@gmail.com) remains intact today. If you want to talk fanfiction, I'd be more than happy to listen to comments / ideas so long as I have an inkling of the fandom you're working in.
