Hi, I'm Serenity. As of the beginning of 2018, I'm 33 years old. I've been on the site for almost two decades, and for over half my life!

Back when I still wrote, I tried to challenge myself to write new things. Example: One of my completed stories, "Fighting Fire with Fire", contains pain. By pain, I mean the torture-type. Writing it made me sick-feeling, but it also felt like something I had to do... to get it out of me, if that is something which makes sense.
The story I've been working on longest is Dark Serenity, which used to be called Sailor Negamoon. I've been writing it since I was eleven... no, that's not exactly right. I'd better explain. When I was eleven, I wrote a few chapters of it... years later, when my skills had improved, I found it hiding in a dark corner of my computer and did a massive re-write, then reposted. Similar with Daughter of WiseMan.

Don't ask me why, but often it is very hard for me to finish stories. It's like... I don't always know where they're leading, or I don't want to let them go, if that makes sense. I just know I'll find a way to finish them someday.

I have a hard time writing these days. It seems from when I first actually found a significant other, and lost much of what made me miserable in life, I lost my inspiration. I want to write more again, though. I miss it, and don't want to leave all those stories hanging! Misery was the best muse that I ever had in my life. Writing was something I loved, and I hope to find some inspiration again eventually... hopefully without losing the happiness which I have found in life.

I'll tell you a little bit about myself... I'm a bit eccentric. I'd have to be, to write the kind of stories I write. People in my day-to-day life know me as a person who's sometimes a little too perky... but who gripes sometimes, too. I'm really caring, and really creative... and a bit mad.

I may not write much these days, but I'm still very active on the site, reading tons of fanfiction and keeping up on new features.
