I'm a teacher currently moving to South Korea to teach English for a year. For some reason, I have started and stopped several projects but for the time being have thrown myself entirely into a pair of Evangelion fanfic series, partially inspired by other works I have read over the past few months. Even with the move I intend to update as I can, mainly because I just find these particular works enjoyable and in some ways addictive.

I’m usually better at keeping a schedule than this.

Yes, I know it’s been a couple of weeks since I updated, and since I’m usually popping out chapters with regularity, wanted to clarify why.

I work in South Korea, in one of the suburbs of Seoul. The province (equivalent to a state) is Gyeonggi-do. And no, I am not in any danger from the current international tension- the problems over here are usually overstated in the US.

Now, the past couple of weeks have been the last weeks of the semester at the school I work at. As the semester is now over, we have had to make up report cards, teach kids despite them already taking their finals, and in my case, pack. Tomorrow, I am getting on a plane and heading to New York to spend New Years and the month of January with my family and american friends, and hence I have been very slow to write.

But, once I land, and get over my jet lag, I’m on vacation!

Woot.

So expect more updates then.
