Author has written 2 stories for Ghostwriter. For as long as I can remember when I would watch TV, movies, or read books, I would always imagine different scenarios or think about what I would do if I was one of the characters in the story. Over time I began developing my characters, writing down things and about them and even started writing their stories, before I had the internet or knew there was such a thing as fanfiction. Ghostwriter was the main show I tried to write about, starting in the mid 90s. In 1999 I started a website to showcase my fanfiction and a yahoo group to try to connect with other GW fans. In 2004 I finished writing GW fanfic and stopped updating my website shortly after. Just recently in October of 2009, my website host shut down. Going back to see if there was anything I needed to back up or salvage I got nostalgic, went back to my old yahoo group and discovered ff.net finally added a section for Ghostwriter. Now I'm contemplating whether I should upload my stories here or not. I'd love to contribute, but maybe my stories are best left in the relics. I am guilty of being a Mary Sue write and have a bad problem of inserting my own characters into the mix. I don't seem to be able to write a GW story without my main girl, Krista Barnett. Because of this I eventually moved away from fanfiction and now write exclusively original stories with my own original characters. Check out my webpage for more. () So if you're reading this, should I upload my stories here again? Would you be interested in reading them or not? |
