I am an aspiring writer who has been working at getting published for some time. My current effort, THE INTERNET HEIST is rather good, I believe. It is about a college freshman who gets caught up in an attempt to misdirect electronic funds transfers, EFTs, over the Internet. He is tricked into helping with a small theft and then pressured to help with a much larger one.

I have worked in the mainframe area of the computer business for many years and the story grew out of my experience with payroll systems that used EFT to pay employees.
