MasterDex Analyzation - Pokemon Ranger J, also known as James Kelley. His true name is Kojiro Kai Li. His parents are Jessie Kai and James Li of Team Rocket. He was raised by wild Alakazams and had incredible Psychic power imparted to him by them. He then moved to Saffron City. He is engaged to Sabrina of Saffron City. He was hired by Pokemon League to help David Whitley (Ranger D) police the world of Pokemon. They have recieved help from other agents in the past. Ranger J has a shady past, which involves Sabrina's Dark Year, and Erika the Gym Leader. He is most famous fro his Mew, which helps him travel through time to the future and past. He has a problem with authority and has trouble coping with the fact taht Jessie and James are his parents.
