Missing Fanfics: In addtion to the fanfics that keep being removed due to tattlers and the dramatically different views held by this website's admin on what constitutes a fanfic, I removed quite a few of my own volition. Just about everything written before 2001 has been taken down because, frankly, it was all crap anyway and I don't want to help contribute to the low quality of this site. If you really want to read them, you can find every fanfic I've ever written on the Suto-ri Denkaku or AO3 (the URLs are below). It's unlikely that anything new will be posted on this site because the rating maximum here is lower than the rating of most of my newer fanfics (thanks, Angry Mommy Squad) and I usually can't cut out the "bad" parts because they contribute to the plot.

Additional Fanfics: I have a LiveJournal and I tend to have newer things on it than on the Denkaku simply because it's easier to update. So, you might want to check it out if you're interested in my newest fanfics. A little warning, however: those who are narrow-minded will not enjoy visiting (username: goku-girl).

Goku Girl's Tips For Good Authors
(or for those who wish to join their ranks)

1. If you're a good author, you should probably have your own website/blog instead of just archiving your work here. I doubt many people have a chance to find your good fiction since most people (including me) don't have the time or the energy to wade through all of the bad fiction on this site to find stories worth reading.

2. Don't become one of the bad authors by being careless. It's my opinion that people don't proofread their work or find a beta reader because they know there are people who will read their work with or without the errors and not mind the slightest bit. This starts a trend of bad authors with even worse fanfiction because they know they'll always get reviews from the people who'll read anything and like it (i.e. the people with no taste whatsoever).

3. And, finally, don't give up. Sure, there are a lot of good plots already taken, but you can still put your own spin on things to make it unique. How can you ever improve if you don't persevere?
