Poll: Future Path is set five years in the future. It's loosely outlined, but open to suggestions at this point to help fill the gaps. Let me know what you'd like to see! You can pick three. Vote Now! |
![]() Author has written 58 stories for Final Fantasy VII, Digimon, Naruto, Shugo Chara!, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and Sherlock. Who am I? A 30-something mother of three kids, who has been writing on/off for over 25 years since I was a child. What do I write? Whatever strikes me in the moment. I have my favourite haunts, but that doesn't mean I won't suddenly throw out something in a totally different fandom occasionally. I've done that a few times! I tend to write slash if I write romance, but I'm not a fan of writing sex for the sake of it. Novus Inceptum is missing again; why? Sorry. I'm grieving heavily right now, and since it was written when I was grieving someone else I just can't have it out there because it's making me feel too vulnerable. I removed a couple of other loss related fics that were more personal too. August 2019 Future Path is a thing that is happening. It's actually taking shape, when I get the chance to write it. I will finish it, I promise. Even if it's just me left to read it because everyone interested is gone, I will get there. It's set at the same kind of time as A Different Kind Of Path, multi chaptered, and you'll be seeing more of what they're up to as teachers. I have a few chapters done, but I'm not posting anything until I'm more certain it's flowing well since I'll need to edit earlier parts I imagine. Second update: I've been working on this every chance I get since posting, and it's taking shape nicely, FINALLY. There's drama, there's school setting stuff, there's this: “You did it to Sasuke once,” Deidara said. “It worked then, and it’ll work on you too.” With that he forced Itachi to his knees by the bathtub, which took no effort at all, and pushed his head under the cold shower. Steadily ignoring Itachi’s cries of indignation, Deidara counted to five before letting him up. “This is the bit where you tell me you hate me,” he said as Itachi looked round at him, soaking wet and eyes like daggers. “You’re an irresponsible idiot. What were you thinking?” Past readers will know exactly what's going on here. I'm enjoying this way too much. I'm so happy to have found my groove with this again. |
