Stories about the Silmarillion

Since the Edge of Darkness crack!series now has nine stories by three different authors, I decided to stick them all together in one place.

A collection of high-quality stories and poems dedicated to the Elf that goes by so many names. Many have attempted to tell his tragic tale, and many have done him justice...

This series exists to answer a question posed by Duilin and CrackinAndProudOfIt in the deeps of time (a.k.a. the autumn of 2011): What would you do if plush Silmarillion characters showed up at your house? And turned into their First Age counterparts. Without further ado, here are, for the perusing pleasure of all Plushie owners and fans, all of the fics in our little collection. Since there seem not to be a community for my favourite charakters in the Silmarillion I decided to devote one to them. It contains well written fics I discovered. Feel free to recommend good ones you may know.

Stories about children of Hurin

Respectful, compassionate stories about any of the Silmarillion's evil or partly-evil characters: Melkor, Sauron, Maeglin, etc. Iluvatar still loved every one of them. So do many of us fans! Mary Sues, AU, etc. are welcome too. K-T only, no slash. Sorry!
