John can't sleep because his infant daughter can't sleep. Sherlock can't think because of all the crying. And Mary can't seem to calm the infant either. Sherlock's robotic response to the problem reveals something very human at his core. Fluffy one shot!

After a disastrous double date, which Sherlock had agreed to go on as a favor to John, the famous blogger is livid with his best friend. Sherlock tries to explain, and John tries to understand, but nothing becomes clear until Sherlock admits to his feelings for his friend. John has a choice to make, either accept those feelings, or leave Sherlock behind.

Detective Inspector Lestrade comes to see Sherlock with a case. Things do not go as planned. Slash only if you squint really, really hard. Also, John's nosed his way in somehow.

It felt like someone had forced open his jaw and shoved something down his throat. It tasted horrid. Sherlock supposed it might be Victory.

John is still hallucinating, Sherlock cannot sleep, and Lestrade has a new case for them. But will life at 221B ever be able to return to normal? Epilogue to M is for Moriarty.
