This is a lil story about Sherlock relapsing on cocaine, and how he and John work together to get him clean again. Together they have to persevere through the cravings and withdrawal symptoms. I don't know how long it's going to be, but I intend for it to be several chapters.

There was never any doubt that Mycroft would be there for Sherlock. It was a simple, irrefutable fact, as dependable and unchanging as the sea. Because in spite of all the tragedy, chaos, and pain that clouded Sherlock's life, his older brother was the one pillar he could always lean on.

Mycroft has a condition that Sherlock was never supposed to know about. When he's unexpectedly rendered incapacitated in Sherlock's flat, the younger Holmes has choices to make. How will he handle a brother who needs his care and support, instead of the other way around?
