Initially written for Supernatural.tv's Impala challenge but I overshot the rules by several pages! My version of the Impala's story.

A trip to the emergency room results in Sam losing his brother and quite possibly his sanity, with his efforts to recover them both hindered by a dispassionate hospital staff.
