A flash drive with sensitive government information has gone missing. A frantic Mycroft Holmes summons his brother Sherlock to the scene of the crime to find the missing flash drive. So why does John Watson throw Mycroft Holmes into a pond? It all makes perfect sense...

John Watson is counting down the days until the 2 year anniversary of Sherlock's death. On the day before, John thinks he sees Sherlock in the streets. John begins to realize that there's more to Sherlock's death than he realized and becomes convinced that Sherlock is still alive. He is racing to find the truth, as he becomes involved with more conspiracies and lies.

What they find there is more terrifying than any human threat and could cost them their lives.

It's nearing Christmas and John has a surprise visitor, one that leads to heartache and loss. Sherlock does what he does best. Set approximately ten months after Mary Morstan Watson's death.

Sherlock may be the common denominator for Mrs. Hudson, Lestrade and Molly, but when a routine surgery briefly puts John out of commission, it becomes apparent that someone else is responsible for drawing them together. Takes place sometime during series 2.

Rated T mainly because the content is just not light. But it's not sexy, violent, or graphic. Just kind of grownup mature.

Sherlock was initially jealous of Major James Sholto, but when the major opens his eyes to what exactly Sherlock means to John, Sherlock becomes frightened instead. Sherlock doesn't approve of collateral damage, either...at least, not if it involves John. Character study; spoilers for TSoT.
