While Hiccup is in a coma after defeating the Red Death, the villagers have the opportunity to watch How to Train Your Dragon. Why does this mysterious voice want them to watch it? Does he have ulterior motives? Rated T for language and Snotlout's stupidity. 'HIATUS'

After the battle with the Red Death, Toothless watches over his unconscious boy, wondering how he came to be here, knowing there's no place he'd rather be. COMPLETE.

The rewrite - slightly longer with new Author Notes: The Red Death is dead and Stoick's son is badly wounded, but how can they return home when the fleet they arrived on is destroyed? Fortunately Vikings are strong and resourseful but how long will it take for them to become accustomed to working with their new dragon allies and will the whole tribe be able to accept the New Berk?

My take on the missing scenes from when Hiccup gets knocked out while defeating the Green Death to when he wakes up, mostly from Toothless's perspective. Oneshot. Rated T just for of gruesome injury details and amputation.

As long as Hiccup keeps breathing steadily, he's alive. And as long as he's alive, he's still fighting. Toothless knows that, eventually, Hiccup will wake up. HTTYD1. Set during Hiccup's undetermined period of unconsciousness.

What happened when Hiccup fell into the fire? How exactly did he lose his leg? And what about getting him home? These are my ideas. All speculation, but I like these ideas.

What happens after Toothless opens his wings to reveal Hiccup? How does he cope, being injured? What makes him spark a hostile confrontation with Stoick in particular? I made the tale true to the movie, it could just fit in.
