AxL, LxK. Athrun's POV sometime after the last episode...'Athrun…' Your voice is so soft, I almost think you didn't say anything at all, like it's a memory replayed in my mind. I can see the shadows on your face, the dark circles under your eyes...

Athrun finds Lacus terribly upset in her room and they have a talk. One shot.

AxL, implied KxL,YxL. Athrun POV. 'Dear Lacus, I was surprised by the news of your engagement to Councilmember Jule. Not that I have anything against him, I served with Yzak during the war...'

AxL. 'How am I supposed to need you? Huh? Why am I supposed to need you? Because our parents decided we should marry each other and have children? Does that mean I have to need you, too' Athrun's voice echoed in the clearing.
