After Optimus and Megatron's battle for the Omega Lock, Optimus sacrifices himself, killing Megatron in the process. However, after their battle, Optimus and Megatron find themselves in a strange new world filled with Grimm, Dust, and Huntresses. Now they must fight for their survival, as well as make some new friends along the way.

Optimus Prime (a.k.a. Orion Pax) never would have guessed his new life would turn out like this, sure he could deal with being in a human body, sure he would feel indifferent knowing that demons and angels are real, and fighting is something he can easily do, but put him in a situation with romance and he is just helpless. With the War's end, there comes peace, healing, and reunion. At least, that's what it's supposed to be. That Autobots and Decepticons have finally ended their war. But with great cost. Optimus Prime is dead, Megatron has left. Although everyone begs for him to stay, Ratchet too, leaves. But the fighting isn't over. And it restarts when Ratchet takes a call from Tallon IV...

Optimus Prime sacrifice himself to restore Cybertron. And now he found himself waking up as a human in the world of Remnant where a Powerful sinister group planning to destroy the kingdoms and take over the world. He would do anything in is power to save this world. He did it before, he can do it again. He'll would also learn what it like to be human and to enjoy his second life.
