Sherlock notices a change in John after the two of them survive a shooting and tries to figure out what's wrong.

Sherlock was knocked unconscious while solving a case. In this state he dwells in his mind palace, rebuilding slowly. There are his memories to keep him occupied, and John and Redbeard become his main company. At first it's peaceful, then slowly memories of the last events surface, showing him that he may have made a serious mistake in staying so long. Why can't he get out?

Sherlock wakes up in hospital able to recall everything and everyone. When he sees John, however, his memory assigns him a unique role that is a far stretch from flatmate. Not what you think, I promise.

Some weeks after the banker case the flatmates are reminded that the syndicate has not forgotten them and sends a warning. As a result John is in an ICU and learns a lot about Sherlock. Sherlock also gains new insights. Since this is earlier in their relationship things are still a bit bumpy sometimes. Spoilers for TBB. John Whump. H/C. Panic attacks and a case.

A London art gallery gains rapid attention after the unveiling of a collection piece leads to a horrific discovery. In place of a prized statue were the bodies of seven women, which appeared to be dipped in wax. However, Sherlock concludes that the bodies were preserved into soap. Unexpected twists await the crime solving duo as they solve their most complicated case yet. Johnlock.
