Comment fic: More than anything, Sam didn't think he could bear Dean realizing he was sick and not worrying. That would break him faster than anything Lucifer could ever do or say.

If Lucifer thought he could take something as innocent as a childhood nickname and twist it into something sick and torturous, he had another thing coming. He'd had already taken everything else from them and tainted it. He couldn't have "Sammy" too.
