This is my version of a story about a book and its consequences I read here on the web site. This is rated M for content. He above all wants to be loved for himself, protected rather than be protector.

Instead of mistreating Harry Potter, the Dursleys learned about something they taught him to see as a reason to be afraid of the Wizarding World.
