She tried for five years to push him out, to forget about the connection that they had. Five years, and Rey had all but moved on to find her place in the galaxy, at the heart of t he Resistance. But, like gravity, he kept pulling her back in. Post-TLJ

No one said being a Jedi was going to be easy… The sneak attack had come out of nowhere. Kylo had boarded her ship and the battle that followed should have sealed both of their fates. Except that it hadn't, and now they're both stranded. Good thing they didn't just have sex only an hour before, ruining their chances at behaving like reasonable and rational force-wielding adults

Left in the wake of the battle of Crait, both Rey and Kylo Ren ache for that connection that had been strung together as a ploy to take down the Resistance. While Kylo focuses on repairing their connection, Rey finds herself in the company of an unexpected visitor, Poe Dameron, resulting in the blossoming of an easy friendship. Post TLJ.

"I want you to join me." But when Anakin's lightsaber is destroyed, it is Kylo Ren who wakes first. Unable to abandon an unconscious Rey, he takes her with him, intent on showing her her rightful place by his side. He has seen her future, just as she has seen his, and is intent on watching her turn, and bringing about a new order to the galaxy.

Rey thought the connection she'd shared with Kylo Ren had been severed; she thought it had been a lie. But she could still feel him in the back of her mind, begging for entry, beckoning her to reach out and embrace the darkness that resides within her. POST TLJ. Reylo. *TLJ SPOILERS* The Resistance is in shatters after the battle of Crait. Their hope rests on Rey, but out of fear of loosing control of the Force she must go on a quest to accept her past. But will the answers she seek finally send her over the edge? Kylo has the galaxy at his fingertips but the balance of the Force still eludes him. Does the key really lie with the last Jedi?

When Ben reaches out his hand and asks Rey to rule with him, she sees a path to a better future. One where she can help the Resistance, end the war, and save Ben Solo. She knows what she needs to do, even though it frightens her. Rey takes his hand.
