Alex is back in school after his latest mission Snakehead. He's in his tenth year, and after two weeks in, Scorpia decides to take over his school for revenge. Alex and twenty other students are forced to go to SAS camp because they were witnesses.

Yassen has met three Riders, one he killed and one he lost and Yassen want's to make sure the third doesn't follow 'that' family tradition but even he thinks some of his methods are questionable at best.

Alex feels like he's losing it after being saved from an accident by a dead man. Then, a mysterious 'Ray Dunne' appears with demands he stop his search for Yassen Gregorovich. Sure he's not chasing shadows, Alex is determined to find out what's going on.
