Why is Harry the only one to pay for repairs to Gringotts?

This is a series of one-shot stories and miscellaneous scenes about what if Harry had responded differently to key events in his life.

Chuck thinks that his eldest two, Michael and Lucifer, deserve a second chance. And he also concurs when it comes to Raphael and Gabriel. So he sets them up in a house for a week; the youngest two literally turned into children, and Michael and Lucifer must take care of them until Father returns. Will they manage it?

Dean wakes up in a strange place, without Sammy by his side. He wakes up to a young looking man with golden wings behind his back sitting by him and another standing behind him with green wings behind his back. He gets the 'honor' of meeting Michael, Lucifer, Raphael, and Gabriel (as well as some other angels) and did he mention that he doesn't think Humans have been created yet?

For all intents and purposes, Gabriel should be happy, ecstatic, this was what he had always wanted right from the very beginning. Then how come while everyone is so ready to forgive and forget, is he all of a sudden so angry?

Chuck has finally had enough of his sons running around and harming his most prized creations. If they wanted his attention they could've just come to him; for now Michael and Gabriel are grounded, as is Raphael, and Lucifer? Well he's finally getting his comeuppance.
