This is another of those "How it Might've Gone" type of stories. The plunnie that dropped it off in my head came by after I read the first chapter of Bobmin356's story "The Queen Who Fell to Earth", but in this one Harry does die because of the dragon. This story is about what happened later that day.

Or why the Wizarding World doesn't know everything about werewolves and neither does Remus. Therefore when things change in POA, Harry is left to deal with the werewolf and everyone is left confused except Moony.

AU Not satisfied with what Dumbledore told in the letter he left with Harry, Vernon Dursley goes to the Wizarding World and learns about Sirius Black.
