AU when Harry is 5 he accidentally apperates himself into the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Luckily the USS Flagg mobile command center of Special Counter-Terrorist Unit Delta or more commonly G.I. Joe. Harry is rescued by Duke and Scarlett and seeing the strange skills and abilities the Joe's adopt the boy and train him to be one of them and is given the codename Bolt.
