Well, even after the war, with Voldemort dead, wizards refused to change the things that were important to prevent events that led to the war in the first place to repeat themselves. Time for Harry to make sure, at the right time and place, to teach them.

Naruto was on a mission to get himself some little sisters and by his divine left testicle, he was going to get them. Xanna was content to let him do it and maybe corrupt one or two in the process for amusement. Third in series, advisable to read previous ones first.

After Sirius dies, Harry is isolated and feels betrayed by everyone who's been around him recently and leaves to figure out what he should do. An "old friend" is sent to look after him and try to bring him back. Together they search for a way to kill a Dark Lord and maybe fix society too.

Harry becomes disillusioned with his world after defeating Voldemort and decides to go traveling, ending up in another dimension that's similar but not quite the same as his original one. He makes friends with the Avengers.

During the final battle, Harry gets thrown into a new universe, landing on the bridge of the USS Enterprise-D. This should take place in about "season 4" of ST:TNG, but I'm not going to be strict about the timeline, using things and events as needed.
