Katniss is President Snow's daughter, but she doesn't like the games. In fact she wants them to end. When Peeta Mellark is reaped into the games she feels the need to save him, to make sure he is the one that comes out alive. Which her father doesn't like. As both Peeta and Katniss fall for each other, Snow is only angered more. Will their love over come Snow's evil?

"We could do it, you know." "What?" "Leave the district. Run off. Live in the woods. You and I, we could make it." After the Hunger Games, Katniss is back in District 12 and it's clear she's failed to convince Snow and stop the rebellion.
