In the wake of Uther's death, Arthur goes too far in an argument with Merlin and is left to try and pick up the pieces.

Merlin is really good at keeping secrets, but surely he's not that good. Chapter 8 - Arthur: Part II Arthur's just found out that Merlin has magic, and he's about to find out he was the last to know... somehow, this annoys him more.

Merlin is arrested for sorcery - Arthur's not saying who helped him escape - Arthur thinks that Merlin's gone, only... how on earth is it that he continues to defeat magical creatures and not remember it? Is there a sorcerer in the shadows, helping them?

Ficlet. Merlin's a good man, but surely Arthur sometimes wishes that some of his knights would be more loyal to him than to a servant? Is it too much to ask that someone do things simply for loyalty to Arthur? No pairings, just some wise words from Percy.
