Did anyone else really think Jack's little shrug and "I'm back," at the end of "Shades of Grey" was enough of an apology? I didn't, and I don't think Sam, Daniel, and Teal'c would either.

Suppose Sam actually did take a vacation with her dad at the end of "The Devil You Know." This is just a little story about them coming back to the SGC afterwards. Sam missed work, and Jacob figures something out about Sam and Jack.

Little comedy, little angsting, little shippiness... mix well and let simmer for fifteen minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Finished.

Set right at the beginning of Memento. SG1 don't like being passengers on the Prometheus. They all have a little wicked fun. Absolutely no point to this story.

Just a little ditty about Jack and Sam. I find the GDOs, among many other things about the pilot episode, very humorous. And nobody can convince me Jack wasn't the one who came up with that name. Takes place during the pilot.
