Starting with leaving Texas, this story explores Maria and Alex's perspectives on knowing about the role the other has in Michael's life.

Reboot Canon divergent. After Max encourages Liz to save the serum, characters reflect on what to do next, not only with what they don't know but with what they know. This story explores the potential ways that Max, Liz, and Michael find relief from their grief, considering how little of what has been going on has ever been in their control.
