The first installment in a reimagining of Metroid to stitch the series together into one whole; here we begin with the beginnings of the universe's two greatest warriors; Samus and Sylux. The Hatchling and the Neophyte. Born of K-2L and Cylosis, and bound by fate to decide the destiny of the cosmos.

Set 2 years after the events of Fusion, a war, unrivaled in scale, has erupted across Federation controlled space, fueled by the vengeful anger of the Space Pirates. During this time of turmoil, can a single warrior rise up to restore peace, or will they be drowned in the discovery of their own history. After the fall of Phaaze and the end of the X-plague the galaxy was at peace. But as Samus wandered out at the edges of space, whispers came to her of something new: an ancient discovery, a Space Pirate force bearing down on a Federation outpost, and a fight brewing in the bones of the silent Chozo empire.

Just two ideas for some Metroid Stories I plan on writing in the future.

Absorbing the SA-X gifted Samus with the often overlooked Spazer Beam. Messing around with it leads to a gain of years lost in the bounty hunter's career...but she chooses to cut down her schedule, anyways.

After destroying the BSL, SR-388, and the scourge known as the X, Samus is on the run. The Galactic Federation want her locked in a jail cell. The Space Pirates want to spill her blood. With no where else to go, Samus places her trust on a single instance of encrypted lore which could provide her salvation - a means to find the last hiding place of the Chozo.

Samus gets injured and has to learn to cope with her emotions. Along the way, she is helped by a family on Earth.

The existence of space means the existence of pirates. They've terrorized the Galaxy for decades, but they've always been kept in check, due to (or perhaps despite) the best efforts of the Galactic Federation. And one poor girl's caught in the middle of it all. A humorous look at the larger organizations across the galaxy. Because it's not just Science Team with vapor for brains.

For as long as she could remember, one being had haunted Samus Aran in every sense imaginable. A monster that took everything from her at such a young age and one she vowed she would destroy even if it costed her own life in return. Samus would soon find her wish fulfilled. But not in a way she ever thought possible. One shot. May continue if reception is good.

When Samus Aran takes a distress call to the BSL Laboratories, she finds a bit more than she expected, including facing her past, both good and bad. But, when a very powerful enemy resurfaces on the ship, it becomes a dangerous fight for survival where not everyone makes it out alive.

This is a sequel to my previous coded message series, Ridley's Plea. This story now takes place during the events of metroid prime 2 where dark samus gets a voice as she and samus argue on and off through everything. Samus finds she is more than a mere monster and has to face that as they swap words and charge beams.
